The current route of the second track was confirmed in 2005, when it was supported as the most appropriate by the profession, all local communities and competent ministries.a ministrstva. For it, the then government adopted the Decree on the National Location Plan. In 2014, amendments to the regulation were adopted, on the basis of which the route was finally placed in the space. Building permit was issued at the end of March 2016 and transferred to the 2TDK company in 2018, which preparedinvestment program and signed with the state concession agreement. The law on the second track entered into force in July 2018.
