2TDK Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics sets out the principles of conduct and behaviour of 2TDK, the Project Development Company Ltd., which are binding on all employees, regardless of their position, and members of the Supervisory Board. The Code also sets out our basic principles of action and responsibilities in our relations with each other and with our contractual partners, government authorities, the social and natural environment in which we operate, and all other stakeholders who have a relationship with us in various ways. 

Our work is committed to tolerance, mutual respect and respect for basic human rights. We promote honest and ethical behaviour and conduct our business in accordance with applicable law. 

Our objective is to achieve the project we have set ourselves to build, operate and manage the second track of the Divača-Koper railway line. 

2TDK is committed to conducting its activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. 

Within the framework of the Code of Ethics, the Company has adopted the Guidelines on the handling of irregularities and the protection of whistleblowers in 2TDK d.o.o., which stipulate that a whistleblower may be a known or unknown (anonymous) natural person who reports or publicly discloses information about a violation, either orally or in writing. 

Whistleblowing or irregularities in 2TDK's operations may be reported through the following communication media: 

  • via the email address: prijave.zlorab@2-tdk.si, which can only be accessed by the Compliance Officer, 

  • in writing to 2TDK, Družba za razvoj projekt, d.o.o., Železna cesta 18, 1000 Ljubljana, marked 'For the Compliance Officer - DO NOT OPEN', 

  • in a personal meeting with the Compliance Officer (who will in such a case draw up an official endorsement of the application), by prior notification by e-mail to the above-mentioned e-mail address, 

  • by calling the Compliance Officer's telephone number, in which case the call may be recorded after prior notification to the applicant and the applicant will be given the opportunity to check, correct and sign the record of the oral notification, 

  • anonymously via a form on the Company's website.
