About the viaduct
The railway viaduct Vinjan is the longest viaduct on the line of the second railway track with 620 metres. The viaduct is designed as a valley viaduct, bridging the Vinjan valley with column heights of up to 60 metres and spans of 100 metres. The viaduct is the most technologically and organisationally complex of the three viaducts on the route of the second track.
