The DRI supervising engineer has determined that the request titled “Suspension of Work on Section 1 Due to Delays in the Construction of the Glinščica Viaduct,” which was filed last week by the consortium of contractors working on the second track, is procedurally inadmissible for consideration. The company 2TDK therefore rejected the unfounded and completely unrealistic claim for 350 million.
